Digital Services & Subscriptions
Because stagian.site provides digital, immediately accessible AI services and tools, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated or credits are used, we cannot issue a refund for that billing cycle.
Exceptions & System Errors
We want to be fair. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following strict conditions:
- Technical Failure: If a system error or bug on our end permanently prevented you from accessing the service you paid for, and our support team cannot resolve it.
- Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing period due to a payment gateway error.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction.
